Sleep Related Bruxism

Home Sleep Related Bruxism
Clenching, gnashing, or grinding teeth is common during sleep and is called nighttime bruxism. There is no specific age group for this disorder, but what's clear is that it commonly occurs due to stress. Sleep bruxism tends to run in families. It's more common in patients having a family member suffering from it. Diagnosis of bruxism requires an overnight study at laboratory and polysomnography data.
