Insomnia - Short Term

Home Insomnia - Short Term
Short-term insomnia is characterized by difficulty falling asleep for less than three months. This condition occurs when one faces stress, medical treatments, loss of a relative, or jet lag. Acute insomnia, which is the other way to say short-term insomnia, may be experienced during travels because of environmental changes like the weather, an unfamiliar bed, or even room size.
