About the SCA Study
Qualified study participants receive free, evidence-based treatment using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). It's drug-free, safe, and provides sustainable long-term management for insomnia.CBT-I is a treatment approach endorsed by the American College of Physicians as an effective method for addressing and managing chronic insomnia. Studies have consistently demonstrated that CBT-I is more effective than sleeping medications, offering a lasting solution for overcoming sleeplessness.

CBT-I equips you with the tools and understanding needed to overcome insomnia effectively. This approach empowers you to manage recurring episodes of sleeplessness while avoiding reliance on medication. CBT-I incorporates six treatment modalities to help you overcome sleeplessness, including:- Cognitive Restructuring Therapy
