Pediatric – Bedtime resistance

Bedtime Resistance is characterized by refusal to go to bed, delayed bedtimes, and frequent awakenings throughout the night that occur at least 3 nights or more a week, for a minimum of 3 months. Your child’s disturbed sleep may lead to daytime sleepiness, moodiness, behavioral problems (i.e., aggression and hyperactivity), and learning problems at school.
