It contains records of sleep-related activities such as the time of sleep and wakefulness, estimated sleep duration, number of sleep interruptions and sleep episodes, as well as coffee consumption during the day. It is usually kept for up to two weeks and provides useful information about a person's sleep quality, sleep disturbances, if any, and their potential causes.
