Sleep Efficiency (or Sleep-Efficiency Index)

Home Sleep Efficiency (or Sleep-Efficiency Index)
Sleep efficiency is the ratio of a person's sleep time to spend in bed. Sleep efficiency is expected to be 85% and above in a healthy person. Problems such as prolonged sleep onset latency or nighttime awakenings and difficulty falling back asleep can reduce sleep efficiency.
