Home Hypnagogic
Hypnagogia is a transitional state between wakefulness and sleep. In other words, it is the opposite of hypnopompic, which is the transitional state between sleep and wakefulness. During hypnagogia, it is common to have involuntary and imaginary experiences. Muscle movements, sleep paralysis, and lucid dreams are also common during the hypnagogic stage.
