Home Circasemidian Rhythm
The biological rhythm is 24 hours but has two peaks called the circasemidian rhythm during the day. Although the human biological rhythm is set to 24 hours, there is no single hour of best physical and cognitive performance. On the contrary, performance reaches its best values twice a day for most people. Body temperature changes may also indicate the circasemidian nature of the rhythm.
