Bedwetting, also known as "nocturnal enuresis," is the uncontrollable urine of children over the age of five during sleep. In the United States, five to seven million children and five to ten percent of all seven-year-olds are affected by bedwetting. Bedwetting affects youngsters of all genders, while it is significantly more frequent in males than in girls.
