Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT)

Home Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT)
Multiple sleep latency test (MSLT) is a test that measures one's ability to fall asleep during the daytime and typically lasts the whole day. The test procedure involves five daytime naps with two-hour breaks in between. If it takes the patient a long time to fall asleep, it is suspected that the patient suffers from fatigue instead of narcolepsy or hypersomnia.
