Short Sleeper

Home Short Sleeper
Short sleepers are people who can be fully awake and perform cognitive tasks at their best performance even though they regularly sleep shorter amounts than average. Short sleepers usually sleep around 6 hours per day. They do not feel exhausted or sleep-deprived. Thanks to a particular gene mutation, they can feel energized with minimal sleep. The condition begins in childhood and persists into adulthood.
